Does the idea of consistently spending 45 to 60 minutes multiple times a week to workout feel
overwhelming??
Like there's
NO WAY you could do that on a regular basis with everything you have going on.
And even with the kids out of the house...
Somehow all of the time that used to be spent shuttling them around and attending their events has managed to get filled with... stuff.
Lots and lots of stuff.
And even if it is stuff you enjoy...
You know that your schedule is just as busy now as it has ever been.
But you also know that you want to be able to keep doing all those things that fill up your schedule...
and you have no plans of slowing down because of feelings of getting older or aches and pains that come up.
So you know you need to be healthy.
And you know you need to feel strong.
And you want to make sure you will continue to have confidence that your body can hold up...
To dance at weddings...
To play with grandkids...
To FINALLY enjoy all of the travel and golf you have been dreaming of for decades...
But the idea of trying to exercise multiple times a week is just too much with everything you have going on.
